The 16th edition turns the Federal Palace into a living ecosystem of light, sound and nature. It runs on 36 evenings, three times a day, with admission at zero francs: the show lives on partners and donations.
In front of the building there is a dedicated zone for wheelchair users and children so nobody blocks their view. Since 2022 the projection uses laser-phosphor projectors that save up to 30 per cent energy, powered by renewable electricity from Energie Wasser Bern.
