When you visit our website, technical data is automatically recorded by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, access time). This data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after 30 days.

Excursion Radar (location & feedback)

When you use \"My location\" in the Excursion Radar, your browser asks for permission; your coordinates are used solely locally on your device for distance calculation and are neither stored nor transmitted to us. Anonymous usage signals (which situation profile clicks which place or marks it helpful) are stored only as aggregated counters with no personal reference, no IP address and no timestamp, to improve recommendations. Advertising is covered by the existing site-wide cookie notice (Google AdSense); the Excursion Radar itself sets no cookies of its own.
