🔎 What sets this parade apart from every other one
An association has a committee, a bank account and an annual general meeting. It survives individual families moving away, and it appears in registers. «Volunteers from the neighbourhood» have none of that — and yet a website of their own where the event can be found. If you wonder why this parade feels so personal: that is why.

Iberg is two appointments, both low-threshold — you can turn up with nothing.
