Frauenfeld has no ski slope. Even so, an après-ski party takes place in the middle of carnival — 'with live acts straight from the Ballermann', says the organiser. The carnival days are fixed: from Thursday, 4 February 2027 to Tuesday, 9 February 2027.

- Since 2014 the Murganesen fools' guild and the Murgratze mask and float group have appeared together as the 'Frauenfelder Fasnacht'; both clubs remain independent.
