Marco Gisler is an editor at ConvivaPlus writing about Switzerland in figures: population, cantons, cities and waterways. He brings together official datasets from the Federal Statistical Office, swisstopo and the cantons, recalculates them and shows how the counting was done. His standard: every figure with its counting method, so it is clear why other sources give other values.
